annually by dpl CONSULTING. Danelle Laidlaw, principal of dpl CONSULTING,
is a retired bicycle transportation consultant. In addition to organizing TourBC, Danelle designs
custom tours for all sizes of groups, with camping and motel options, for fund-raising
